About the Founder

My journey began in the nonprofit sector with a focus on helping people and an initial path toward clinical psychology. It was there I discovered recruiting—a field that perfectly combines my passion for people with the opportunity to build exceptional companies. I started by recruiting software engineers, which gave me deep insight into how technical talent drives innovation, before transitioning into executive search where I could make an even greater impact on organizational growth.

Since then, I've had the privilege of partnering with some of the world's most innovative startups and venture-backed organizations, including portfolio companies from Andreessen Horowitz, Greylock, and Venrock. My specialty lies in filling the hardest-to-fill roles across diverse industries—from senior technical and functional leaders to C-suite executives and board members. Whether it's a VP of Engineering for a AI startup or a Chief Medical Officer for a biotech company, I thrive on sourcing exceptional talent for the positions that are critical to a company's success yet most challenging to recruit.
